Practice Administrator Job Advert

We are looking for a competent administrator to join our practice  Brigstock & South Norwood Partnership in the Croydon Borough. This is a full time post working Monday to Friday.

You will be working within the admin team to help and provide admin support to our healthcare professionals. You will need to be able to work within a team environment, but also be able to use your own initiative and work on your own when needed.

Main duties of the job

Key Duties are: 

• handling incoming and outgoing correspondences
• audio typing letter, clinical reports, and transcriptions
• dealing with external agencies along with staff in providing services to our patients.
• scanning patient documents and uploading into their electronic medical records
• Build on existing systems to provide effective and efficient call and recall system to patients due their health checks, screening and reviews.
• Notify patients' GP if there are concerns regarding vulnerable adults or children.
• Receive and make telephone call as required.
• Dealing and actioning patient tasks sent via the clinical system.
