We welcome feedback from our patients and feel it is important as this helps us to make improvements to the practice.

We aim to provide best services to all our patients. However, on some occasion you may not have been satisfied with the service you received. If this situation arises we will try our best to resolve it quickly and easily. However, If this is not resolved you can put your complaint directly in writing to the Practice Manager. We hope to resolve any issues. You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint in writing within five working days.

We operate a complaints procedure as part of our NHS system for dealing with complaints.
