Disability Access

The practice has Disabled Access  We have the following:

  • Newly installed lift
  • Disabled toilet on the ground floor with a pull cord
  • A portable hearing loop

Patients to leave mobility scooters outside the entrance. You must not bring them into the reception area as this public area and gets busy on occasions which would lead to concerns with health and safety risks. If you need assistance please inform at reception

We are also happy to provide any practice information in larger print for those patients with visual impairment. Please speak to the receptionist.

Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Loop system

Blind/partially sighted

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
