Requesting a home visit
Please be aware that our GPs will always call to assess the home visit request first.
Home visits are reserved for patients who are truly housebound or severely unwell. If you believe you require a home visit, please complete our online eConsult form with detailed information about your condition. A clinician will review your request and contact you on the same day to discuss it further.
