Requesting a home visit

Please be aware that our GPs will always call to assess the home visit request first.

Home visits should be regarded as a service for the genuinely housebound or seriously ill. If you need a visit please telephone the surgery on the same day. The doctor may telephone you before arranging a visit. The receptionist will ask for full details of the patient's name, address, telephone number and reason for the visit.
