My Care Croydon Health Services
What is My Care Croydon Health?
"MyCare Croydon Health Services" is the online patient portal for Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. It allows patients (16 and over) of Croydon University Hospital and Purley War Memorial Hospital to:
- View hospital appointments: See location, status, date, and time.
- Access hospital letters: Including appointment letters, clinic outcome letters, and discharge summaries (from April 2025 on the NHS App).
- See some test results: Along with an explanation key.
- Receive messages: From their hospital care team.
It's accessible via a smartphone or computer after you've been scheduled for an appointment at one of the hospitals. You'll typically receive a text message with a registration link. From April 2025, this information, along with access to your GP records and other hospital appointments, will also be available through the NHS App for those registered with MyCare.
