Health Visitors

They give advice on health care for families and young children, the elderly, expectant mothers and children with special needs. They can be contacted between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 020 8714 2700. Health Visitors are available for mothers every Thursday form 1.00 – 3.15pm at the Rainbow Health Centre, situated at the rear of the surgery premises.

District Nurses

Your GP or hospital doctors may arrange for district nurses to care for you at home. The District Nurses can be contacted between 9.00 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 020 8274 6195.

Counsellors

The practice provides private in house counselling. This service is chargeable.
