Within Patient Access:
After logging into your Patient Access account (either via the website or the app), look for your name or an "Account"/ "Profile" section, often in the top right corner. Within this area, you should find an option like "Personal Details," "Contact Details," or "Update Account Details" where you can edit your phone number and email address.
