Change of Online Consultations
On the 14th of April we will be changing how we book appointments.
All patient enquiries will now come through our eConsult software. eConsult is a online consultation system that asks questions about your symptoms/needs , this information is vitally important, as it is used by our Triage Team to assess the urgency of your request.
This will help us understand your needs quickly, ensuring those with the most urgent concerns are seen promptly and that you benefit from better continuity of care.
- The easiest way to reach us: For all medical questions and appointment requests, please use our online consultation tool - eConsult. You can find it on our website or through the NHS App. We'll get back to you the same day.
- If you don't have a smartphone: Don't worry! Just call the practice, and our friendly Reception Team will guide you through a few simple questions to help you complete the online form.
- What to expect after contacting us: If you need an appointment, we'll be in touch by phone or send you a text message with a link so you can book it yourself.
- Accessing the right expertise: Our practice team is growing! You may be offered an appointment with a skilled professional other than a GP or Nurse, such as a Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Paramedic, or Social Prescriber. We may also suggest helpful external services like Pharmacy First. This ensures you see the best person for your specific needs.
